My First Encounter with African Culture - Music and Dance

On 27th june,2012.All the Tack Ching Girls' Secondary School's F.5 students have to join an OLE active.

That day's active is about African Culture.Also,in this active we all can try to play  African Drums.It is my first time to play  African Drums. although our school has many  African Drums,but i haven't play it yet.

In this active,we have a teacher come from African.He was very funny guy.He told us how to play  African Drums .Teach us dance and sing.Such as sometimes we should say "hey" or "summer to summer" to support the other to dance.Also,he has invite our principal to play with us together too! Our principal seems very like play African Drums.Also,our teacher Mr.Wu have been play too! Actually is the teacher who teacher us how to play African Drums invite him or is us?Every teacher hear that they have to play African Drums,they all run seems like see the monster? That was a very interest scene I have been see.


Now I put some photo of  African Drums  in here .Let you easily to know what is African Drums .This is  African Drums. It has many size and can use different stuff to make it.

On that day I think it was very funny. Because is my first time play African Drums.I saw some student go out and dance with the teacher,the scene was very funny. Also,after this day,I know more about African.I think this is a good active for our OLE.Hope for have another OLE active were fun like this active.
